Thrive's On-Site Services improve student outcomes.
At least 37% of students struggle with mental health, including depression, anxiety, school refusal, violent behavior, and self harm.
Schools are overwhelmed and understaffed, and they are not prepared to handle mental health crises. Just 12% of schools are providing effective mental health services.
This unmet need leads to social and academic failure for students, burnout for teachers and staff, and traumatic experiences for everyone.
Thrive reduces the burden on schools with on-site, expert mental health services.
Our mental health support programs deliver measurable results.

What Districts are Saying About Our On-Site Services
With Thrive, we are more proactive and less reactive, providing services at an earlier juncture. Students are getting necessary therapy so they don’t get referred. We had 68 students sent out-of-district, and we are now down to 34. Thrive is also supporting staff with PD to make them better and parents to make them more effective at home.
Walter Curioni, Director Of Special Services, Randolph Township School District
Originally, we invested in Thrive to support a very specific segment of our student population. However, we gained so much more than counseling services. Thrive will help you problem-solve and bring new ideas to life. In addition, we work together to provide seminars for professionals and parents. What makes Thrive so wonderful are the people supporting and implementing the program.
Janet Cash, Director Of Special Services and Counseling, Franklin Lakes School District
Thrive has been an unbelievable addition to our team because we now have the room to do all of the things that are required of us. Thrive provides us with the therapeutic component and counseling our students need to be successful in school. Thrive also works hand-in-hand with us from the case management perspective, which has enhanced our team.
